What to Expect

• 10 Leadership principles that will be developed weekly.
• You will work inside of a specific ministry area.
• Typically have one major project that you continually work on all summer.
• Get experience working on a church staff. Examples: attend staff meetings, see day to day operations, participate in other areas of the church.
• Every Intern has a mentor for the Summer that they will be working closely with.
• We strive to not only grow, but to also have fun as we adventure through life with fellow believers in Christ. Examples: three fun events for the interns, lake days, hangouts.
