Yes, housing will be available on a first come first serve basis. This is all conditional on the amount of families that are willing to host any given year.

How many hours per week will I work?

Multiply interns can expect to work full time (40 hours a week) throughout the duration of their internship. Exact hours and the weekly schedule of each Internship are dependent on the Ministry you are placed with, as will be stated in your contract and job description. Included in this time are classes and training that are considered a benefit to the internship experience.

Can I take time off, go on my family vacation, etc.?

It is our hope that interns be “all here” and gain the full experience Multiply has to offer. That being said, full weeks are not given off, however, interns are allowed 2-consecutive work days for time off. Please let our Internship staff know as soon as possible any dates you will be requesting.

What do weekends look like?

It is typical to have both Fridays and Saturdays off. Multiply interns are expected to be in attendance and serving on Sunday morning gatherings.

How will I get paid?

A portion of each person’s pay comes from their fundraising prior to beginning the Leadership Program. Multiply will provide all of the training that is needed for proper fundraising. Payment will come through a weekly check that is based on their fundraising.

Can I work in addition to this internship?

No, this is a full-time internship that requires all of your time, energy and passion. Multiply Summer interns need to be “all here” for the summer in order to get the desired experience.
